Returns Policy

Digital products (PDF)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds on PDF purchases once the file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue downloading your file, contact us within 48 hours and we will resend it.

Physical kits

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply in full. We will offer a replacement or full refund if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was sent
• The item does not match its description

To request a return, contact hola@maspronto.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We will cover return shipping for faulty items.

We do not accept returns for change of mind on personalised products, as each kit is made to order specifically for you.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
