1. About Más pronto

Más pronto is a business operated by Patricia Josefina Santo (ABN 66 494 596 911), trading as Más pronto. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We offer two products:

• Pronto Path - Digital PDF ($9.90 AUD): a high-resolution printable file delivered by email
• Pronto Path - Physical Kit ($49.90 AUD): a large printed path on premium paper plus a themed sticker sheet and a PDF digital download, printed and shipped via Printful

3. Personalisation

Each path is personalised based on the options you select (theme, character, title). Because products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

4. Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

5. Digital downloads

PDF files are delivered to your email within minutes of payment. Files are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.

6. Shipping

Physical kits are printed and shipped via our fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery: 4-7 business days depending on your region. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

8. Intellectual property

All path designs, characters, and illustrations are the property of Patricia Josefina Santo trading as Más pronto. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
